Love at First Site

The Hearty Homes story began when director Kevin Vanderkley progressed from his bricklaying business to land and townhouse development projects before growing into Hearty Homes in 2011.

The upward trajectory and improvement of the company year on year allow more employment opportunities, more clients building homes and more of our homes being constructed in Ballarat and the local district.

With a desire to give back to the community, Kevin takes pride in his involvement in local charity and fundraising events when he can, often engaging Hearty Homes team members.

Kevin and the entire Hearty Homes organisation have a reputation for building a quality finished home and is dedicated to you and your building journey.

With the help of local tradespeople and suppliers, Hearty Homes can build your new home for you to flourish in your lifestyle, your way. We’ll assist you throughout the whole build process, from finding the right plan to arranging permits and permissions and keeping you informed while the excitement of building your new home gets underway and takes shape.

Before you know it, you’ll be turning the key to move in!

The two display homes in the Lucas Display village show the workmanship and variety of homes Hearty Homes can offer.

The Homestead 298 has been a success, and homeowners appreciate that we can build a home on acreage that will fulfil their lifestyle needs for many years to come.
