We are delighted to offer a series of outdoor Yoga and fitness sessions in Lucas Central Park. And to kick it off your first session is free! REMEMBER TO BOOK!
DAY: Saturday November 7th, 14th, and 21st
TIME: 7.30am – 8.30am
PLACE: MEET AT Lucas Central Park O'Shannassy Parade Entrance near the Lucas Primary School
COST: First class free - $20 per class after your first class (you do not need to commit to more then one session)

What to bring? Bring your own Mat/Towel or Picnic Rug, water and wear comfortable clothing.
What to expect? A class where you can work at your own comfort level and where you will leave feeling invigorated and relaxed. Hopefully with some nice mornings it will be a great start to your weekend!
Who For? Males and Females of any age and fitness level.
About your instructor: Alana is a Hatha Style Yoga instructor whose relaxing style of Yoga is well suited to both new students and returning making sure that stretching, strengthening and feeling good is accessible to anyone regardless of fitness level. Yoga is a great low-impact way to keep your mind and body moving, while having the added benefits of reducing stress, increasing bone density, building muscle strength and increasing flexibility.
DAY: Monday November 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd
PLACE: Meet at the soccer goal posts on Lucas Central Park Oval closest to the primary schools
COST: First class free - $10 per class after
What to bring? towel, drink bottle, some comfortable clothing and footwear.
What to expect? A light, fun session of mainly body weight activity. The aim of these sessions is to get moving at your own pace, meet new people in the local community, and enjoy our longer nights!
Who For? Males and females and all ages and fitness levels, we will ensure that you are exercising in a fun and safe way, and never expect you to work outside of your limits.
About your instructor: OYG Fitness believe in meeting our clients where they are at, educating, supporting and contributing to a holistic way of moving, performing and living. We enjoy exercise, and we understand that not every body does, so it is up to us to ensure that we are communicating with our clients and tapping into their individual needs and ‘why’s’, whilst ensuring a fun and safe environment that keeps them coming back!
