Two of our very own Integra staff members, Maxine and Ann are pulling on their runners for a great cause this October in a bid to raise funds and awareness for the Black Dog Institute who fund life-changing mental health research.
Both Maxine and Ann will walk 400km, taking part in One Foot Forward, to help fund vital support services for those who need them most. 1 in 5 people in Australia live with mental illness and more than 60% of people living with a mental illness won't seek help. The pair plan to walk 12.9kms every day, this works out to be 66.6 laps of the lake! They will walk together when they can and when the weather is bad the treadmill comes in handy!

All donations over $2 are tax deductible.
The team also includes another member Tracey and together the team are currently ranked 24th on the national fundraising tally, a great effort just over a week into the month.
